Shri Dhavalbhai Joshi was born in Saurashtra, Gujarat, India. He is highly educated in Sanskrit. After his initial primary education, he studied from high school to Acharya (Master) in Shri Sandeepani Vidyaniketan, Porbandar, run by international Kathakar Shri Rameshbhai Ojha (Pujya Bhaishree) (who is his guru and from whom this temple got the title “Ekta Temple”). There, along with Sanskrit studies, he received education like Music Vocal Visharad (Harmonium playing), Diploma in Temple Management, Diploma in Yoga, Basic Computer Course, etc.

Then again with another subject, he did his Master’s (Acharya) in Vedanta from Sampurnananda Sanskrit University, Varanasi. Then he did his Shiksha-Shastri (B.Ed) twice, first from Saurashtra University, Rajkot and secondly from Shri Raamanandacharya Sanskrit University, Jaipur.

Experience:- He has extensive experience as a Sanskrit teacher, storyteller, and ritualist in which he has worked as a principal in a Sanskrit school and has done teaching, lectures, and ritual work in various institutions. After that, he has worked as a Sanskrit teacher in Sandipani Ashram, Porbandar and also as a Priest in the Shri Hari Temple there.

He has been working continuously in this field since 2006, in which he has worked all over India and abroad through all kinds of rituals and lectures on various scriptures and Bhagavat-Katha.

His specialty is that he presents ancient culture and tradition in a modern and scientific manner. His voice is very impressive and sweet and he is also a very good singer of bhajans and Stotras, which is his favorite hobby.

He has been associated with our temple since 2024 and has impressed the devotees with his work and friendly nature.
