The Annual General Body Meeting of the D/FW Hindu Temple Society is scheduled for Sunday, March 27th, 2022, at 1:00 pm in the YouthCenter. All Founder, Life and Regular Members of the Society are requested to attend this meeting. Attendance at the GB meeting is strictly for the members.
Agenda for GB Meeting
- Prayer and approval of the minutes of GB Meeting, held on December 12th, 2021.
- Welcome and report by President.
- 2022 Financial Report prepared and reviewed by CPA firm as per requirement of the constitution of the Temple.
- Vote of Thanks by Chairman of BOT.
- Meeting Adjournment and closing prayer.
