GENERAL BODY MEETING
As required in the Temple Constitution, the General Body Meeting of the D/FW Hindu Temple Society is scheduled for Sunday, December 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in the Youth Center. All Founder, Life and Regular Members of the Society are requested to attend this meeting. Attendance at the GB Meeting is strictly for the Members

1. Prayer and approval of the minutes of the GB Meeting held on March, 2023
2. Welcome & Year-end report by the President.
3. Presentation of 2024 EC and BOT members
4. 2023 Financial & Audit Report
5. Presentation of Budget for Year 2024
6. BOT Chairman’s comments and Vote of Thanks
7. Adjournment
